Today I am sharing with you the ultimate Halloween ice cream cone.  It’s the perfect treat for this spooky time of year.  I first saw this spooky Halloween ice cream cone on Instagram and fell in love with how simple, yet so over-the-top it was.  I just loved it and knew I had to make it.

The great thing about this ice cream treat (or should I say EYE scream treat?!) is that it is made with things that I almost always have on hand: Ice cream, strawberry syrup, red sprinkles, and candy eyeballs.  I suppose not everyone has candy eyeballs on hand (gasp!), but they are easy enough to find at any grocery store, craft store, or even Amazon. I use candy eyeballs for all sorts of Halloween treats, so I like to keep a bottle of on hand at all times.

For our most recent Halloween movie night, I surprised the kids with these Halloween ice cream cones.  They were a hit! They also reminded me how much I love strawberry syrup.  I always reach for the chocolate, but I think I need to work in the strawberry a little more often.  It is so delicious!!
