Today is all about trampolines and fun trampoline accessories that your kids are sure to love!
Growing up as a kid in the 90s I always wanted a trampoline. Unfortunately, at that time the safety netting that is now standard on almost every trampoline didn’t exist. My asking/begging/pleading was usually met with extreme concern that we would break our necks.
Fast forward 30 years, I was determined to have a trampoline of my very own. Okay, fine. It’s technically my kid’s trampoline since they got it as a Christmas gift, but I can jump too! Right?
The only downside to having a trampoline is that my kids always want Grant and me to jump with them. It turns out that jumping on a trampoline is so much harder as an out-of-shape adult than it was as a kid, PLUS as a woman who has birthed children, jumping on a trampoline makes me…well…pee my pants. There I said it! Now, that’s not to say I don’t occasionally get on and jump! I do! I just need to plan ahead, and maybe take some…preventative measures.
Anyway, I thought it would be fun to do a little research on all the accessories that are available for backyard trampolines. So far my only personal experience is with the trampoline sprinkler and it is a definite win, but I’ve got my eye on a few other accessories that are sure to add more fun to our trampoline this summer!

Fun Trampoline Accessories
1. Basketball Hoop
The classic trampoline accessory is a basketball hoop. This one has the best reviews and includes a lifetime warranty.
Now, we have a trampoline sprinkler and I can definitely attest to the fun. Makes jumping in the summer heat a little more fun! I’ve listed two different styles of sprinklers, both seem like a great time!
MOM HACK – If you jump on the trampoline while the sprinkler is on, no one can tell if you accidentally…you know…have an accident!!
I can’t think of a more fun way to exit a trampoline than with a slide! This slide has handles, which makes it a slide and ladder in one. It supports up to 150lbs.
Now, this is something I really have my eye on, a trampoline tent cover. Picture it – a crisp fall night snuggling with your family inside this trampoline tent with lots of pillows and blankets watching a movie – yes, please!
A trampoline dance party is on the docket for this summer! These dual speakers sync through Bluetooth while the lights sync to the music. How fun is that? Use the remote control to change the volume, the light color, and/or the mode.
A ladder is a must when you have a trampoline, especially if you have young kids. This ladder in particular is made of weather and rust-resistant galvanized steel. It’s easy to assemble and easy to install. The storage bags on the side are great for storing shoes, cell phones, etc.
The trampoline basketball hoop you mentioned is an absolute must-have. My sisters’ kids love basketball, and combining it with the excitement of bouncing on the trampoline will surely bring hours of joy. I ordered it from https://www.klika.com.au/kids-and-baby/trampolines/accessories.html , looks amazing and it’s a decent size.

Awesome!! This is on my list for Christmas purchases this year!
